Bulk Whitelisting – Faster Threat Management

Bulk Whitelisting allows you to quickly whitelist multiple devices for multiple threats in a single action.

Steps to bulk whitelisting

Bulk Whitelisting – Process

1. Navigate to the MASST portal: https://masst.bugsmirror.com
2. Go to Account → Application tab.
3. In the Application tab, view the list of added applications.
4. Click on the Edit button for the desired application.
5. A panel will appear where you can generate the ThreatLens API Key (admin access only).
6. Copy and securely store this API key, as it will be required for API requests.

Bulk Whitelisting Request

1. If you want to perform bulk whitelisting, send us a request via email.
2. Our team will provide a dedicated API endpoint.
   • Include the generated API Key in the request header of the API endpoint.
   • In the request payload, provide:
     • List of Threat IDs
     • List of Device IDs
3. Execute the API call.
4. Bulk whitelisting will be processed automatically for the specified devices and threats.

This process removes the need for manual, individual whitelisting and ensures efficient handling of multiple devices.

Note

Credits will be consumed after a certain number of devices are whitelisted.
